2025-0120-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a land lease agreement with SeaRey Adventures, LLC, c/o Tom and Gayle Rhines, to construct a permanent metal hangar on a 110’ x 125’ plot in the commercial hangar area at the Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport.

2025-0121-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a First Amendment to the Land Lease Agreement with the Temple Fire & Rescue, a department of the City of Temple, to expand the leased area to accommodate additional training facilities at Fire Station 8, and on Airport property.

2025-0128-R Consider adopting a resolution approving and accepting the assignment of the Buyer’s interest in the purchase of approximately 5.252 unimproved acres located at 2101 E. Adams Avenue, in the total purchase price of $700,000, including closing costs.

2025-0014-O FIRST READING – PUBLIC HEARING – FY-24-33-ZC: Consider adopting an ordinance approving an amendment to Ordinance No. 2022-0059-O to remove warehouse office from the list of prohibited uses within the General Retail segment with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow warehouse office within the General Retail segment, on 75.2480 +/- acres, located in the City of Temple, Bell County, Texas, addressed as 7040 Brookside Blvd.

2025-0015-O FIRST READING – PUBLIC HEARING: Consider adopting an Ordinance approving the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) in accordance with state-mandated regulations.
The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
