2025-0001-R Consider adopting a resolution ratifying the purchase of one (1) 2024 diesel-powered front load refuse truck from Volvo & Mack Trucks of Waco in the estimated amount of $379,396.20, as well as declare an official intent to reimburse the expenditure with the issuance of 2025 Limited Tax Notes.

2025-0002-R Consider adopting a resolution ratifying a truck rental agreement with Rush Truck Leasing, Inc. of San Antonio in the estimated amount of $87,370.

2025-0003-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Turley Associates, Inc., of Temple for boundary and topographical survey data, construction plans, and bidding and construction phase services required for the Von Rosenberg Park improvements project in the estimated amount of $98,282.57.

2025-0004-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a five-year agreement for professional consulting services related to the Community Development Block Grant with Northeast & Bucks Co. T/A Mullin & Lonergan Associates of Pittsburgh, PA in the estimated amount of $53,000.

2025-0005-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the implementation of an integrated library solution, Polaris, and a three-year subscription with Innovative Interfaces, Inc. of Ann Arbor, Michigan in the estimated amount of $200,481.

2025-0006-R Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the purchase of mobile and portable radios from Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc. of San Antonio in the estimated amount of $446,835.35 and the purchase of install kits and labor for radio swaps in police vehicles from Dana Safety Supply, Inc. of Greensboro, North Carolina in the estimated amount of $52,250, as well as declaring an official intent to reimburse the expenditures with the issuance of 2025 Limited Tax Notes.

2025-0019-R FY-24-41-PLT - Consider adopting a resolution approving the Final Plat of Nama’s Temple Townhomes, a 1.630 +/- acre, 22-lot, 1-block, 1-tract residential subdivision, being a replat of Lot 2, Block 1, Baker Subdivision Replat #1, with a developer-requested exception to UDC Section 8.2.1 and 8.1.3 related to cul-de-sacs and dead-end fire apparatus roads to allow a hammerhead street design, located in the C. S. Masters Survey, Abstract No. 550, in the City of Temple, Bell County, Texas addressed as 202 S. 41st Street.
The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
